Company approach

Product development backed by long-term ownership.

Jason Doyle established Eireann Software Services in 2007 and remains its founder and owner. ESS develops and operates BarnPage, a private workspace for riding barns, and Briefena, a recurring briefing service.

We do not treat launch day as the finish line. Operating our own products keeps engineering decisions connected to documentation, billing, privacy, reliability, and the people who depend on the software. The same operating discipline informs selected client engagements.

Operating standards

What customers
can expect.

Trust comes from consistent operating practices, clear ownership, and straightforward communication.

01

Clear product ownership

Each ESS product has a defined purpose, public product site, support channel, and published policies.

02

Transparent billing

Prices, subscription renewals, cancellation routes, and refund terms should be visible before a customer buys.

03

Responsible data handling

We document how each product uses information and limit company-site collection to what is needed to operate and respond.

04

Direct accountability

Customers can contact ESS directly, while billing questions for Paddle-processed orders can also be handled through Paddle.

Company identity and verification

Directly accountable.
Easy to verify.
